Charleston Carriage Horse

A few years ago I had the pleasure of going to Charleston, South Carolina for a business trip. Across the road from our hotel and meeting center, in the historic district, was the carriage horse home base. Of course I had to take the time to stop and see the horses! I love rendering horses in pencil to capture the details, and then highlight their bright eye with a touch of color.
