My Amigo

A couple months ago ww adopted a wild burro, something we've talked about doing fir years. This painting was done based on some plein air sketching time as I sat with him, getting g him more comfortable with my presence. My Jacobi is a little more grey than this, so not quite the same as this version. But they have the sweetest faces. I love his wooly ears. He's coming around and enjoying being petted abd starting to get easier to catch and halter.
